NSA New Starters and Alternators
NSA's brand new units are manufactured in QS-9000 CERTIFIED facilities. All NSA units meet OE performance specifications and all of the components are 100% new. Every unit is tested by a computerized machine. Moreover, NSA starters pass a 10,000 starting cycle test, and NSA alternators pass a 1,000 hour durability test. The strict quality control standards implemented into every part of the manufacturing system at our manufacturer's factory is the best way to guarantee the highest quality products.

2 Year Limited Warranty
NSA warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale to the retail purchaser for a period of 2 years. However, this warranty does not cover any labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects, removal or reinstallation of a product, nor does it cover any other consequential expenses.
This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty excludes failures caused by abuse, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, improper application, installation, or operation.
To execute this warranty, the consumer purchaser should contact the retail outlet where he/she orginally purchased the product. A dated purchase receipt or other written proof that the product is within the warranty period will be required in order to honor your claim.
Road Side Assistance- ARS
All NSA Starters and Alternators also have a corresponding 2-year Roadside Assistance Card with Service Nationwide and all of Canada. All the customer has to do is call a TOLL FREE number as listed on the card and help is on the way. The customer pays for the service and will be reimbursed by Auto Road Services, Inc. within 45 Days of the claim. There can be 3 such occurances per year. The dollar limit is $60 in US and $90 in Canada per event. |
